Ordering was straightforward, and the cashier was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the various flavors available and their recommendations. The chicken is juicy with a crispy, satisfying batter. I appreciate the gloves provided for keeping hands clean, and the cashier also brought over a water jug and cups for us to use. I got the soy garlic chicken and the rose Ddeok-Bokki and enjoyed both. Overall, this is a pretty decent spot to grab a casual lunch the next time you're craving Korean fried chicken. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the flavor is absolutely spot on. The highlight of this place is definitely the rose Ddeok-Bokki and I will be coming back for it!

Food: 4.5 out of 5 I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy the chicken is here. I go to H Mart all the time and have always seen this place, but had no idea it was Korean chicken. I thought it was another generic fried chicken spot (I'm quite picky with my chicken and do not like KFC). I always go to Vons down the street for Korean chicken. This place is slightly different than Vons but delicious nonetheless. We ordered the soy garlic and house secret sauce chicken wings. The house secret sauce one was okay, it was good but the cinnamon scent was quite strong for me. I'll probably try a different flavor next time. The soy garlic was amazing. Would order again. The chicken was flavorful, moist, and juicy on the inside while also crispy and flavorful on the outside. We also ordered the Rose Tteokbokki (rice cakes) and it was delicious. Being a spice lover, I wished it was a little spicier but they have other flavors to pick from as well. The sauce reminded me of a creamy crab bisque. The packaging of the foods reminded me of chicken spots I'd see in Kdramas. It was very thought out with proper ventilation for the chicken. (Living out my Kdrama dreams too.) Service: 5 out of 5 The staff here were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I asked them what was popular and they provided detailed answers and were very enthusiastic. I noticed that they even remembered the customers (who ordered what). I saw other people waiting and when the order came out they would wave the exact person that ordered it. This isn't a requirement of restaurants but was impressive to see. All in all, I'd highly recommend coming to check this place out! I'm excited to try out their other flavors.

I never noticed this bb.q chicken was located in the same plaza as H-Mart, but off to the side on the right. Plenty of parking but gets pretty busy! I've been to a bb.q chicken before but the Milpitas location, so I knew what I like and don't like. This time around, I got the soy garlic (which I like) plus a new flavor, secret sauce. Again, I really enjoyed the soy garlic.. on the other hand, in my opinion, the secret sauce was slightly overwhelming in savoriness. I highly recommend dining in because both the wings and the fries tastes the best when it's freshest. Everything is made to order, so it comes out piping hot and crunchy! The staff here are super patient and friendly! This location is pretty clean and they have a station to grab your own trays, gloves, napkins etc.

Finally got to try this place out when I visited for a Yelp event! The ordering process was easy and the cashier was super friendly and helpful in showing us the different flavors that were offered. It was nice to see there was a chart so you can navigate which flavors are best suited if you have allergies! We ordered for the four piece of honey garlic bone in wings and mala spiced Ddeok-Bokki. The wings were crispy and juicy and I enjoyed having it offered with a side of radish. The mala Ddeok-Bokki resembled buldak flavor and came with fish cake and egg, it is definitely spicy! I'd opt to order the rose Ddeok-Bokki next time, I heard that is the most popular. Everything was clean and there was amply seating inside! They offer you condiments, water, and gloves when dining in which make it a casual dining experience.

First time trying out bb.q Chicken- the soy garlic wings were very flavorful and crispy. The fries were also very crispy. The counter gentleman was pleasant and patient. The store was very clean. Give it a try!

I had the pleasure of dining here for a yelp event and my gawd what a way to discover a new chicken wings restaurant! When we arrived we got greeted by our host/cashier which made it a very welcoming experience! We ended up getting the golden original chicken wings 5/5 Gangjeong Boneless Wings 5/5 Secret Sauce wings 4/5 & the Kimchi Fried Rice 10/5 The wings were hot and crispy && cooked to perfection. I'm not a big boneless wing person but the ones made here are absolutely delicious, The batter is nice and crispy on the outside and the chicken in the inside is moist not dry at all! Which seems to be the problem with other boneless wings! We totally love the wings, however that kimchi fried rice was soooo good we ended up getting 2 more fried eggs to go with it! Packed with flavor with each bite you take it gets better and better! Definitely a crowd favorite amongst us! All in all the restaurant itself it's not big enough it only seats 34 people I believe, so it can get loud when busy! it wasn't as packed when we got there but we did notice they kept getting a lot of to go orders! We will definitely be coming back!

I will always love bb.q chicken. Their Korean fried chicken is the perfect blend of crispy and filling and pairs perfectly with a beer. While there are a lot of different chicken wing flavors to choose from, I recommend the Spicy Golden Original if you can handle a bit of spice!! The service is typically friendly but do note this isn't a five star place. That being said, the tables are not always the "shiniest" for lack of better wording.

Was easy to find parking on a weekday lunch time visit. The young man working was super nice and helpful and gave me honest feedback on the sauces. Lots of 2 - 4 person tables with a larger group table tucked away in the back. Restroom was clean but no paper towels inside just a blow dryer. I got the Soy Garlic which definitely had a nice garlicky taste to it, however the sauce taste really unhealthy - what wing place isn't but what I mean is that it taste like there's a lot of corn syrup to the point where it taste like fast food. It was pretty sweet tasting and if I come back I'll probably get the Original with no sauce and use my own hot sauces. To me this is a fast food version of bonchon. The chicken was juicy and very crispy. Fries were pretty good but not my favorite, felt like something was missing about them thought. Overall I enjoyed trying this place and I think you can get a decent amount of food for the combo price but I don't think my body will appreciate eating here too often.
